When a creative idea appears in my unconscious, the brain only announces this appearance to the conscious through irregular heartbeats, without any meaning. But they keep the idea in the unconscious until it resolves to flow naturally into the conscious, without any voluntary effort.
Imagine that my brain is a pregnant woman and the creative idea, the fetus. Now, imagine that my unconscious is the woman’s uterus and the conscious, the outside. To flow naturally from the unconscious to the conscious is to give birth only at the right time. As I said, the creative idea (fetus) will develop normally in the unconscious before it becomes conscious (born)
In the past, when I felt this announcement, I could not be calm without conscience immediately making a “cesarean section”. There, the creative fetus was born looking like an egg shattered on the floor. 🙁

The first tactic I used to avoid this disastrous delivery was, right when a creative idea emerged, jot down on paper only the first word of the idea and then take it out of sight, completely forgetting it. Soon after this “regurgitation” (healthy forgetfulness to guarantee future memory), tranquility invaded the conscience. Well, I knew that remembering everything again was quite simple. It was enough to take those notes and immediately remember everything else.
After a while, it became more and more difficult to forget the notes. And, without this “regurgitation”, tranquility would not invade. To make it easier to forget, I started to reduce the number of words written down, until the paper was blank. Then, I took the blank paper out of sight and forgot everything, even the emergence of ideas.
In rescuing a blank paper, what I remembered was just that a creative idea came up and will turn into a beautiful I don’t know what exactly I don’t know when.
Today, when a creative idea comes up, I don’t write anything down on any paper. I just let the unconscious decide what and when to return it to consciousness. This requires discipline and sometimes courage. For you to have an idea, imagine that the emergence of a creative idea is a parachute jump in free fall. If any beginner tries to do that, I bet they’ll get a heart attack in a few seconds.
For some time, when a creative idea arises, the unconscious only announces to the conscious: “A creative idea has just appeared. Rest assured that I will not be born I don’t know what I don’t know when. I guarantee it!” !?!?!?
