Os meus neurônios só se animam a aprender coisas novas que envolvem desafios desagradáveis em troca de uma recompensa. Isso é como se os neurônios inovadores fossem animais irracionais sendo adestrados.
Dependendo dos acontecimentos, as posições de adestrador/adestrado podem se inverter instantaneamente. A única coisa fixa nisso é que a decisão de inverter é disparada pelo consciente, nunca pelo inconsciente. Também, ela pode ocorrer sem motivo lógico, semelhante ao que acontece nas inversões geomagnéticas.
A imagem principal dos meus posts enfatiza a visão positiva de tudo, não os pensamentos desagradáveis que povoaram a mente durante a dança das inversões nos contextos preparatórios (tristeza, medo, raiva, etc). O meu objetivo com esse mascaramento é que a recompensa possa ser sentida antes de ser entendida. Mas, respeitando essa ordem, o seu entendimento é fundamental. Isso garante que nenhuma informação subliminar fique armazenada no subconsciente.
Na hora dos pensamentos desagradáveis, eu faço da maneira mais rápida possível o mínimo necessário para obter a recompensa. Muitas vezes, eu faço da maneira errada, mas sempre sincera. Ela carrega uma ideia forte. Ela deve ser registrada, mas com um cuidado fundamental: escondo essa anotação da razão. Pois, se ela tentar raciocinar sobre isso, vira lixo.
Hoje, a recompensa é só o sentimento de uma recompensa futura. Quando eu sinto essa recompensa, eu não tenho a menor ideia do que será, quando e como virá. Só tenho a certeza de que esse trem está vindo.
